A Chinese famille verte plate from a pair decorated with a fenghuang. Kangxi period.

Decorated in the famille verte enamels, with a central medallion enclosing a fenghuang flying over rocks and flowers, surrounded by a band of prunus branche, the rim painted with four flowers and butterflies cartouches on a cell-diaper ground.
