A very large Chinese blue and white dish decorated with a couple of peacocks for the Asian market (Swatow) – Ming dynasty

Decorated in underglaze blue, the rim decorated with height alternating floral medallions and fish scale design. At the centre, the decoration depicts a couple of peacocks among flowers, rocks and bird.
