A Chinese “mandarin palette” and dragon handles vase and cover. Qianlong period

Of baluster form, supported on a pedestal foot and set with a pair of iron-red and gilt dragon handles, the body painted front and back with a vase holding a large bouquet of flowers, the scalloped cover surmounted by an iron-red and gilt Buddhist lion knop.
