Decorated in the famille rose palette, the centre panel of the saucer which is outlined in pale blue, contains a large floral ornament in rose. Beyond this are six triangular panels, covered with coarse diaper work and enameled alternately in pink and turquoise, and six reserves, outlined in gold, on which are representations of cocks, buffalo, peacocks, deer, a game bird, and rabbits. Beyond this, again are six shaped panel in turquoise and pink, each ornamented with half a peony in rose. There is a narrow exterior border in rouge-de-fer, with a diaper pattern in gold.
